The system has been struck once again. Rage is the cynosure out there. Several protests all over the country for the salvage of this intellectual decay. Both foreign news agencies as well as the national ones have been the observers.

It's been some three years back such ambush was executed, more forceful to bear this time. They have gained ground in the whole 36 states. It is the war between ASUU and FG, but we are the games that receive their missiles.  Forcing several of us to de-occupy our intellectual  homes. Here and there we are, homeless.

In the nooks and cracks we stretch out our necks to peep through the dailies, seek abode and live our dreams. They bludgeon us, too forceful to bear. Our bruises are not yet visible to their perception. They are killing us. Yet they say we are the notion! The reason behind commotion! And the motion for confusion! It is sad to still hear them say we are the future of the nation.

All attempts by severalconcerned bodies to salvage these situation were made of no effect. Several sues have gone without end product. We have been polarized, away from our potentiality. What a country? What an ASUU? Several dailies have read 'FG/ASUU come to a compromise’ yet they would not hear. I wondered the legacy they are teaching. A whole semester is gone over a trivial issue of MONEY. Where is now the manifestoed integrity? Anyway it is a warning to a sensible Nigerian against the coming presidential race.

Is it not illogical that the FG's sectorial agenda is to improve each sector thereby fostering national development yet imperceptible to the education sector?

How long shall it take to heal the wounds? Oh! the clout of our wicked leaders. They home/foreign school their children, while they use us as experiment for patience and change. Posterity shall never forget these!
A piece of advice to ASUU, since the domestic route to revamp the educational sector in the country is not pliable, I suggest it is high time youreferred this case to the treaty bodies and committees of the UN over the breach of global education budget implementation, despite a favourable economy as claimed by the president that Nigeria is not poor but that they just will not attend to the financial need of ASUU. It is legal and normal in times like these if ASUU really wants to make the students understand all this struggle is for them.
