Police revealed that the Indian man, Kshitiz Garg, who was arrested on Sunday, works with a leading software company in Sector 58.A senior police officer said:“The victim in her complaint alleged that Garg promised to marry her, but later refused. The accused was allegedly defiling her on the pretext of marriage.”It was also reported that on the 4th of September,the accused took the victim to a hotel and had s*x with her. After sleeping with her, he reportedly refused to marry her. The girl then added that he started avoiding her soon after. The victim has been sent for medical examination.
